BUG : La table "formation" semble exister (au moins dans l'interface de MySQL) mais en essayant d'y accéder, message d'erreur : "La table n'existe pas"...
En récupérant un backup de la table : copier/coller du code SQL de création (avec vérifications : bonne BDD, 'drop table if already exists', ...) : re-message d'erreur : "#1813 Tablespace for table 'formation' exists. Please DISCARD the tablespace before IMPORT."
Solution : supprimer le fichier résiduel mentionné dans la réponse et relancer la création de la table.
